Firework Classifications

Fireworks are classified into one of four categories, (BS 7114)

Category 1: Indoor Fireworks.

For use in restricted areas.

Category 2: Garden Fireworks.

For use by the public at home. They must be safely viewable from 5 metres away, and must not scatter debris beyond a 3 metre range.

Category 3: Display Fireworks,

For use by the public in larger displays. They must be safely viewable from 25 metres away, and must not scatter debris beyond a 20 metre range.

Category 4: Professional Fireworks,

For sale only to fireworks professionals.

This consists of an 8 / 9 minute show and uses a wide variety of fireworks.

FIRE WRITING.

We can also provide “Fire writing displays” which can include any message, for any occasion. For example, the happy couples names at weddings, a village name on bonfire night or birthday greetings at private parties etc.

(Price on application).

Complete extended professional displays up to and beyond £10,000+ can be arranged and we are happy to discuss and advise on any aspect of your proposed event. All our events can be designed to match your specific corporate or individual requirements.
